KF Lite is a limited design consultation service. Client agrees to provide all information regarding the client's requirements for the project. Client also agrees to additional hourly fees if requesting additional in-home visits or scheduled phone calls. Kellie Franklin LLC will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery, and installation, or safety precautions in connection with the project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any subcontractor, supplier or other person performing the work on the project; or failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates. Kellie Franklin LLC cannot be held responsible for arranging deliveries, repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for their KF Lite project.
